Chocolate No BakesPrinter Friendly
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa

Boil for 1 minute then mix in;

3 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter

On a sheet of wax paper, spoon out mixture to form cookies, then let cool.



Toll House Pan CookiesPrinter Friendly
2 1/4 All purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped(optional)
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts or pecans. Spread into greased 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.



Peanut Butter CookiesPrinter Friendly
1 cup softened butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder

Blend butter until smooth. Add peanut butter and blend again. Add honey and blend again. Add eggs one at a time and beat until mixed. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls and put unto ungreased cookie sheet. Use a fork dipped in cold water, and flatten with a criss cross design. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on top rack of oven. Remove immediately. Cool and enjoy.
